I was expecting more along the lines of a timeshare consumer group type article, but you give a nice spin on it. I like this part: "Imagine how the owners must have kicked themselves as they saw the sea-level rise over 28 millennia." Yes, because the timeshare probably had a perpetuity clause, eh? Hopefully soon you'll discuss how the Vikings invented cruise ships... Agreed, this is hilarious!
