Advertsing New Property Developments

Propertyhouse.org accepts submissions of articles, advertorials, press releases and reviews relating to new property developments anywhere in the world. In order to submit material you must first sign up as a CONTRIBUTOR and choose a submission package that suits your purpose.

Currently we have 2 submission packages:

Package One: Submission of unlimited content as outlined above including one text link or banner per submission, one image per submission and your company bio information present on all submissions (all material subject to editorial approval) - £500GBP for one year

Package Two: Submission of one page of content as outlined above including one text link or banner and one image (all material subject to editorial approval) - £100GBP per submission

All content and links remain intact on a permanent basis, subject to any changes that you wish to administer.

Submission Guidelines

Articles / advertorials / press releases / reviews ONLY.
All content MUST relate tightly to news, information and views on New Property Developments. Material for property resales, private sales or any other type of content WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Content: ideally unique for maximum benefit; content must not infringe any copyright issues, and must be a true statement of the facts (provider is responsible in law for all statements), all statements made must be verifiable. Contributor accepts full responsibility for accuracy of material published.
Minimum Length: 100 words
Maximum Length: 1,000 words
Images: One only - max width 500 pixels. YOU must own copyright to photo. Copyright free images acceptable. All image releases (people and places) are the responsibility of the contributor.
Link: One text link or one banner. Banner dimension 468 x 60 pixels

All material is subject to moderation and acceptance by the Editor. Editor’s decision is FINAL. Should material be rejected by the Editor from a contributor that has purchased Package Two, the contributor may wish to amend the content and re-submit free of charge. Should the contributor decide not to re-submit a full refund will be given.
